Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Copper Cable Wire Granulating Machine(also named Cable Wire Recycling Machine) is used for recycling waste & scrap copper wire and cables to get copper particles and plastic particles, Cable wire recycling machine is featured with novel design, compact structure, low power consumption and stable performance.Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Copper Cable Wire Granulating Machine is mainly used to recycle all kinds of waste cable wires, the raw materials will be separated into tiny copper rice and PVC, the applicable range of the wires diameter from 0.3 mm to 20 mm, such as automobile wires, car bottom wires, motorcycle wires, computer wires and communication cable, etc.
Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Copper Cable Wire Granulating Machine process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granule. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.
Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Copper Cable Wire Granulating Machine consists of shredding system, crushing system, sorting system and dust collection system. The whole process is controlled by PLC.

Through shredding, crushing, vibration screening, (the incompletely separated metal and nonmetal will reentry into the crushing machine and be crushed again) gravity separating, electrostatic separating and pulse dust collecting, the separation rate of the copper and plastic will reach about 99% , eventually get metal and non-metallic collective.

For the small capacity, the cable wire raw material can be put into the all-in-one machine directly, after crushing, then the air separtor will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen. Then the Copper will be separated from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh.

For larger capacity, the cable wire raw material will be firstly put into the shredder, then go into crusher to get the small pieces wires, then the air separator will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen to separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh. To improve the purity and capacity, the rest materials will be go into our high voltage electrostatic separator. The copper wire recycling production line including the crushing system, air separator system, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic separator.

5. The second crusher adopts alternate blades leading to high productivity, low noise and stable running.
6. This Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Copper Cable Wire Granulating Machine use the air separator and the high voltage electrostatic separator together, to improve the recovery rate up to 99%.
7. Back feeding system will crush the unfinished material again, which guarantee the totally separation of copper and plastic.
8. No dust outlet, the dust separation rate can reach up to 99%.
9. The blade and screen adopts special wear resistance and high toughness alloy material, which improve the service life and reduce the production cost.



Copper Wire Granulator Cable Recycling Separating Machine capacity above 500 Kg/H will be equipped with single shaft shredder. The shredder adopts the high hardness main shaft, make it has more impact power when crushing materials. Air separator takes the grading impeller device, low speed and power, anti-abrade; Running under negative pressure, dust emission less than 400 mg/m, the noise is not more than 75db(a); Every classifier impeller adopts sleeplessly adjustable speed electronic transducer.
